Shushanik Margarian is a graduate of the USC Gould School of Law. Prior to attending USC Gould, she earned her undergraduate degrees in law from both the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, France, and the French University in Armenia. In addition, Shushanik holds a master’s degree in law from the American University of Armenia. Shushanik participated in the prestigious Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. as a national finalist.

In the early years of her profession, Shushanik handled complex banking transactional law, spanning from local inter-banking acquisitions to larger international transactions. 

Currently, Shushanik handles primarily consumer class action litigation, consumer protection litigation involving defective automobiles (CA Lemon Law), and consumer fraud litigation involving deceptive practices by automobile dealerships (Auto Dealer Fraud). She is a vigorous advocate for consumer rights with a proven track record of cases. Her attention to detail and individualized care for her clients resonate through her cases.
